Aquanova Environmental Spectrophotometer
The Aquanova gives rapid answers to environmental analysis through the use of the Aquanova range of environmental test kits. Ease of use is facilitated by on-board software that retains all the calibration curves and factors for the Aquanova kits. Simply keying in the last three digits of the kit part number enables all the appropriate curves, factors and concentration units. The Aquanova provides a dedicated platform for environmental applications.
The Aquanova boasts an impressive optical performance. Stray light is minimised by the automatic activation of internal filters, whilst the narrow 8nm bandwidth provides the high degree of selectivity essential for most analytical applications. Wavelength calibration is automatically verified during every power on sequence.
A large compartment can access a variety of cell configurations allowing the use of both test tubes and standard 10-100mm cuvettes. This flexibility facilitates its use for routine measurements along with both the Aquanova and other test kits. Up to 10 user methods can be defined and stored.

Digester
The Digester has been optimised for use with the Jenway COD kits. The robust design ensures that the unit will provide reliable operation in even the most severe environments with no performance compromises. Digital temperature control guarantees that the COD tubes are incubated at 150°C for precise and repeatable digestion of samples.
Three COD kits are available to cover all normally encountered concentration ranges. The kits have been formulated to give accurate results in the presence of all normally encountered interfering substances.

Test Kits
The Jenway range of Aquanova test kits enables the accurate and economic analysis of the most common pollutants in water and effluent. An important feature of the test kits is their ease of use, making them ideal for use in a field situation, as well as being equally useful in the laboratory. Backed up with a comprehensive datasheet the tests are designed for effective use by unskilled personnel.
The test kits have been optimised for use with the Jenway Aquanova spectrophotometer. Additionally, each kit has been carefully evaluated to ensure that reliable results are easy to achieve on other spectrophotometers and colorimeters in the Jenway range. The test kits are also suitable for use with other instruments with similar optical characteristics.
The test kits use internationally recognised chemistries and are acceptable to major regulatory bodies worldwide, including the US EPA.
Each kit comes complete with comprehensive instructions, all reagents and 1 cuvetube (combined 5ml reaction vial and visible cuvette) and measuring scoop.
